| 释义 | 界線 An imaginary dividing line between contiguous parcels of land. A land boundary is defined to be a line defining the territorial limits of a parcel of land: Land Survey Ordinance (Cap 473) s 2. Jurisdiction to determine boundaries is now conferred upon the Court of First Instance pursuant to the High Court Ordinance (Cap 4) and upon the District Court Ordinance (Cap 336) by the District Court. Equity is used to resolve the confusion of boundaries: Tam Mo Yin & Anor v A-G & Ors [1996] 1 HKC 379 (HC); Man Kam Tong v Man Li Tai [1984] HKLR 181, [1985] 2 HKC 299 (HC).
