释义	限制範圍條款 A provision contained in a contract of employment under which the employee agrees that, upon leaving the present employer, he or she, for a specified period of time, will not set up, or work for, business of a similar nature to that of the current employer which lies within a specific geographical radius around the current employer’s place of business. The legality of such clauses depends upon the reasonableness of the restraints. Also known as ‘radius agreement’. 包含在僱傭合約的條文，在此條款下，僱員同意在離開現有僱主後的一段指定時間內，不會在現有僱主業務地方附近的特定地區範圍內，設立或從事現有僱主類似性質的業務工作。此類條款的合法性視乎限制的合理性。另稱「限制範圍協議」。
