释义	合約責任標準 The degree of care which a promisor must exercise in performing a contractual obligation. In order to establish a breach of contract, a promisee must prove that the promisor has failed to perform a contractual obligation in accordance with the standard applicable to that obligation. The standard required may be absolute or strict, or it may require the exercise of reasonable care. The standard may be expressly stated or impliedly agreed.
