| 释义 | 全額租金 The full rent which the law permits to be recovered, but in the context of rent review this will not limit the new rent to the amount permitted under a counter-inflation provision: Newman v Dorrington Developments Ltd [1975] 3 All ER 928, 1 WLR 1642. Rack-rent is rent of the full value of the holding or very close to that value: Re C R. Sawyer and Withall, Solicitors [1919] 2 Ch 333.
