释义	廣播 1.In relation to sound broadcasting, it means transmitting sound (otherwise than as part of a television broadcast) for general reception by means of radio waves. In relation to television broadcasting services, it means the provision of a television programme service within the meaning of the Broadcasting Ordinance (Cap 562) s 2(1): Broadcasting Authority Ordinance (Cap 391) s 2. 2. In copyright law, a transmission by wireless telegraphy of sounds or of visual images and sounds or of representations thereof which is capable of being lawfully received by members of the public in Hong Kong or elsewhere, or is transmitted for presentation to members of the public in Hong Kong or elsewhere, otherwise than through a service for making available to the public copies of works or fixations of performances: Copyright Ordinance (Cap 528) s 8.
