释义	交易成本 The cost incurred in undertaking a business arrangement in addition to actual differences in buying and selling prices. For example, the brokerage or commission over and above the actual purchase or sale price in a securities transaction, or the many legal, statutory and other expenses incurred in buying or selling a house. In calculation of profits, it is appropriate to take into account of transaction costs, for example, stamp duty, commission and levies.
