| 释义 | 廣播電台 In radiocommunications law, a transmitter operating for the purposes of a broadcasting bands licence. Radio and television broadcasts are transmitted from broadcasting stations. It means any station operated by the Government or in respect of which a licence granted by the Chief Executive in Council under the Telecommunications Ordinance (Cap 106) is in force, being a licence which (by whatever form of words) authorises the use of the station for the purpose of providing broadcasting services, for general reception: Defamation Ordinance (Cap 21) s 2. See also Broadcaster. 就無線電通訊法而言，為廣播頻帶牌照的用途而運作的發射器。電台及電視廣播從廣播站發射傳送。廣播電台指政府經營的任何電台，或獲行政長官會同行政會議或電訊管理局根據《電訊條例》（第106章）批給牌照的任何電台，而該牌照是授權（不論藉何種形式言詞）使用該電台以提供廣播服務供公眾人士接收的有效牌照：《誹謗條例》（第21章第2條）。另見 Broadcaster。 |
