| 释义 | 旁系血親關係 The relationship between individuals by descent either collaterally, such as cousins, or lineally, as with a mother and daughter. A ‘collateral heir’, for example, would be one who is not of the direct line of the deceased: brother, sister, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece or cousin. See also Consanguinity. 個人與個人之間經旁系，例如堂兄弟姊妹的血統繼承，或直系母親及女兒的血統繼承，所建立的關係。一個旁系繼承人，舉例來說，就是死者的非直系繼承人：兄弟、姊妹、叔伯舅父姑丈姨丈、伯母嬸母舅母姑母姨母、侄子外甥、姪女甥女或堂兄弟姊妹，表兄弟姊妹。另見 Consanguinity。 |
