释义 | 同時發生 Events occurring together. Without reasonable notice being given, evidence may not be adduced of the improbability of a coincidence in order to show a person did a particular act, or had a particular state of mind. The word ‘coincidence’ has to be looked at and understood in the full context of the summing-up: HKSAR v Wong Wah Yee [2000] 4 HKC 722 (CA).
