释义	單方面 Lat – from one side. Application made by one party to the proceedings and heard in the absence of another. Ex parte applications may be made in some situations such as: for injunction in case of urgency pursuant to The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 29; charging order nisi (O 50) and writ of habeas corpus (O 54). For all ex parte applications, the applicant has the duty of full and frank disclosure.
