Formalities of marriage relate to the nature of the ceremony, who should present, and who should officiate such things, as decided by reference to the law of the place of the celebration. In Hong Kong, the celebration of marriage or the formalities of marriage is governed by the Marriage Ordinance: Marriage Ordinance (Cap 181) ss 19, 20. 在任何婚姻被視作有效前所需遵從的儀式。結婚手續關乎參照舉行婚禮所在地的國家的法律而定的儀式的性質、須出席的人以及負責主持儀式的人。在香港舉行婚禮或結婚的手續受《婚姻條例》管限：《婚姻條例》（第181章）第19及20條。 |
