释义 | 偽造/假冒 To make a false instrument, with the intention that to use it to induce somebody to accepting as genuine, and by reason of so accepting it, to do or not to do some act to one’s own or any other person’s prejudice: Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) s 71. The forgery must be committed with the intention that the false instrument will be used to induce somebody to accept it as genuine and the intention to induce somebody, by reason of so accepting it, to do or not to do some act to his own or any other person’s prejudice: R v Campbell (1984) 80 Cr App Rep 47 (CA); R v Tobierre [1986] 1 All ER 346, 1 WLR 125 (CA).
