释义	內部覆核 Review of decisions made by a department or other organisation, conducted by a person employed within the department and authorised to review such decisions. Internal review is often the first tier of a system of review, the second tier being review by a tribunal independent of the department. See also Administrative tribunal. 對某部門或其他組織所作的決定進行覆核，進行此等覆核的人是由該部門聘用，並獲授權就該等決定進行覆核。「內部覆核」通常是覆核制度的第一層，第二層則是由獨立於該部門的審裁處所進行的覆核。另見 Administrative tribunal。
