释义 | 國際民用航空組織 Abbr – ICAO The most important body in international civil aviation whose aims and objectives are to develop the principles and techniques of international air navigation and to foster the planning and development of international air transport: Convention on International Civil Aviation 1944 art 43. The ICAO was established by the Convention on International Civil Aviation 1944 and came into being on 4 April 1947. It is a specialised agency of the United Nations. It is made up of an Assembly, a Council and various subordinate bodies. The Convention on International Civil Aviation 1944 provides that the ICAO is to enjoy in the territory of each contracting state such legal capacity as may be necessary for the performance of its functions and requires full juridical capacity to be granted wherever this is compatible with the laws and constitution of the state concerned: Convention on International Civil Aviation 1944 art 47. Membership of the ICAO comprises the states which have ratified or adhered to the Convention on International Civil Aviation 1955. 縮寫 ─ ICAO。國際民用航空中最重要的團體,其目標及目的是發展國際空中航行的準則及技術,以及促進國際空中交通的計劃及發展:《1944年國際民航公約》第43條。ICAO由《1944年國際民航公約》並於1947年4月4日建立。它是聯合國的專門機構。它由議院、議會及其他不同的附屬團體所組成。《1944年國際民航公約》規定ICAO在締約國的領土內可享有執行其功能所必需的法律身分,及不論是否與該國家的法律與憲法相容,要求獲得全面的司法身分:《1944年國際民航公約》第47條。ICAO的成員資格由追認或依循《1955年國際民航公約》的國家所組成。另見聯合國專門機構(United Nations specialised agency)。 |
