| 释义 | 內幕交易 Dealing by any person who knows, or ought to know, information on the price of securities in his or her possession, which is not generally available to other traders on the market. Insider dealing takes place in a listed corporation: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 270. Insider dealing is an offence: s 291. If the information were available, it might have a material effect on the price of those securities, and that a reasonable person would expect that information to otherwise materially affect the price of those securities.
