释义	同形式 Lat - in its own particular form and not in an equivalent form. An executor may, at the discretion of beneficiaries who are sui juris (of full age and capacity), distribute an estate in specie, by transferring immovable and movable property to them in satisfaction of their interests to the estate instead of selling the assets and distributing the money: Wu Koon Tai & Anor v Wu Yau Loi [1996] 3 HKC 559 (PC).
