| 释义 | 授權保險人 An insurer which has been duly authorised to carry on business in that capacity and in Hong Kong, is registered with the Insurance Authority and hence regulated by the Insurance Companies Ordinance (Cap 41) and related Regulations. It is an offence to conduct the business of insurance without due authorisation. See also Insurer; Registered insurer. 獲正式授權及以授權保險人身份經營保險業務、在香港已向保險業監督註冊因而受《保險公司條例》（第41章）及有關規例規管的保險人。未獲正式授權而經營保險業務，即屬違法。另見 Insurer; Registered insurer。 |
