释义 | 訂定合約地 Generally the place where the act or thing was done or said which concluded the contract. The general rule is that acceptance must in fact be communicated before a contract is concluded: Mozley v Tinkler (1835) 1 Cr M & R 692. If the postal rule applies, the contract is made where the letter is posted: Dunlop v Higgins (1848) 1 HL Cas 381.
