| 释义 | 飛行指揮官 In relation to an aircraft, a person who for the time being is in charge of the piloting of the aircraft without being under the direction of any other pilot in the aircraft: Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 art 98(1). In the event the operator of the aircraft has not designated any member of the aircraft crew as the commander, the pilot in command will be the commander of the aircraft: art 98(1).
