| 释义 | 法院委任專家 An independent person agreed between the parties and, failing agreement, nominated by the court to furnish the court with a scientific, technical, professional or specialised opinion on a question arises outside the knowledge or experience of a judge: R v Turner [1975] QB 834; The Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) O 40 r 1(3). Court expert is appointed to inquire and report upon any question of fact or opinion in any cause or matter which is to be tried without a jury, and his opinion will be admissible in evidence: O 40 r 1(1). Also known as ‘court expert’.
