罪犯/屬刑事罪
1. A person who committed a crime. As the law in Hong Kong recognises the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, a person is not deemed to be a criminal until he is convicted of a crime. 2. Of the nature of crime. Activities are regarded as being criminal because they are prohibited by law and commitment of which would attract sanction or punishment. See also Crime.
