Alignment Project
(Clear Line of Sight Project; CLOS) An HM Treasury project (2010–11) to coordinate (align) the financial information in the Supply Estimates, departmental budgets, and Resource Accounts so that all expenditure is measured and presented in the same way. The aim is to make the information in these and related documents directly comparable. A further goal was to rationalize the annual timetable of government financial publications.
