[Latin: he has fully administered] The defence of a personal representative who has completed administration of a deceased’s estate to a creditor’s action to recover a debt of which he had no knowledge. Unless the creditor can prove that the personal representative still holds assets of the estate, he will obtain a judgment enforceable only against any such assets coming into the personal representative’s hands in the future. |
