释义	轉讓的證明 Certification issued by the company which bears the words ‘certificate lodged’ or words in English or in Chinese to the like effect on any instrument of transfer of shares or debentures of the company and signed by any person so authorised or having such apparent authority. Such certificate was customarily used as a representation that the transferor is entitled and able to transfer the share or debenture in question to the transferee. However, such instrument only shows a prima facie title to the shares or debentures in the transferor named but not as a representation that the transferor has any title to it: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 69A.
