| 释义 | 家庭／國內暴力 Violence committed in or pertaining to a person’s situation or residence. Constitutional law - Civil disobedience or unlawful force carried out within a state. Criminal law - Molestation committed by a person against a spouse or child. The protection afforded by the Domestic Violence Ordinance (Cap 189) also applies to the cohabitation of a man and a woman: Domestic Violence Ordinance (Cap 189) s 2(2). An applicant may apply to the court for an injunction restraining the other party from molesting the applicant or any child living with the applicant. If it is considered by the court that it is fair and reasonable to exclude one party from the matrimonial home, an ouster order may also be granted: ss 3, 6.
