| 释义 | 貨運保險 Insurance taken out by a carrier, covering goods to be transported by it for the time they are being transported. Goods in transit insurance may cover either the full value of the goods or only the personal liability of the carrier if the goods are lost or damaged. Also known as ‘warehouse to warehouse insurance’. See also In transit; Liability insurance. 承運人投保的保險，涵蓋由承運人運輸的貨物的運輸過程。貨運保險可涵蓋貨物的全部價值或僅涵蓋承運人因有關貨品遺失或遭損壞而要承擔的個人法律責任。另稱「倉庫至倉庫條款」。另見 In transit; Liability insurance。 |
