释义 | 煩擾 Irritate or harass. At a picket line calling out the word ‘scab’ is intended to annoy the person to whom it is addressed: O’Sullivan v Lunnon (1986) 67 ALR 423, 163 CLR 545 (HCA). The offence of ‘touting’ under the Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap 228) s 6 requires proof as to the manner of importuning of the offender as being “likely to annoy any other person”.
