residence requirement
A requirement that may be imposed by a sentencing court as part of a community order or a suspended sentence order under the Criminal Justice Act 2003 or as part of a youth rehabilitation order under the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008. It requires that the offender resides at a specified place for a specified period. |
