| 释义 | 非自願收納 A compulsory admission to a psychiatric hospital for the treatment of mentally ill or mentally disordered persons. District Judge or magistrate may order a detention of a patient for observation on the grounds that a person is suffering from mental disorder of a nature or degree which warrants his detention in a mental hospital and that he ought to be so detained in the interests of his own health or safety or with a view to the protection of other persons under the Mental Health Ordinance (Cap 136) s 31. The application may be made by the person’s relatives, registered medical practitioners or public officers in the Social Welfare Department: s 35A. See also Detention. 為治療精神病患者或精神紊亂者而將之強制收納入精神病院。區域法院法官或裁判官基於下述理由，作出將某名病人羈留以作觀察的命令，即該人患有精神紊亂，而其精神紊亂的性質或程度，足以構成理由將他羈留在精神病院，以接受觀察，而且為該病人本身的健康或安全，或是為保護他人著想，是應該將該病人如此羈留的：《精神健康條例》（第136章）第31條。申請可由該人的親屬，註冊醫生或社會福利署的公職人員作出：第35A條。另見 Detention。 |
