释义	合夥人權力 The authority a partner has in relation to the partnership. Every partner is an agent of the firm and of the other partners for the purpose of the business of the partnership: Partnership Ordinance (Cap 38) s 7. Any act done by a partner for carrying on business in the usual way, of the kind carried on by the partnership, binds the firms and the other partners, unless the partner had no authority to act for the partnership and the party whom the partner dealt with knows the partner had no authority or did not know or believe the person to be a partner of the partnership: s 7.
