释义	直接轉讓 The transference of an intangible right in property, enforceable through action, which is made directly to the person intended and not through a third party. The assignment of certain equitable interest in land may require writing: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 5. Where the assignment is intended to be effected directly, the court will not give effect to it by treating it as being in another form: Milroy v Lord (1862) 4 De GF & J 264; 45 ER 1185.
