| 释义 | 針對董事作出的取消資格令 An order made by the court prohibiting a person without leave of the court to be a director or a liquidator of a company or a receiver or a manager of a company’s property or in any way, directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for a specified period starting from the date of order: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 168D. Grounds for making a disqualification order include conviction of an indictable offence, persistent breaches of the Companies Ordinance, fraud or fraudulent trading in the course of winding up proceedings, having been a director of an insolvent company and as a result of his conduct being considered as unfit to be concerned in the management of the company and on the grounds of fraudulent trading: ss 168E-168L.
