| 释义 | 飛行規則 Rules made under the Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 or the Rules of the Air which bear on the operation of aircraft at, and in the vicinity of, airports. The rules include guidelines on landing, takeoffs and the manoeuvring of aircraft. Pilots in command of aircraft are responsible for compliance with the rules. An aircraft must comply with the general flight rules and always be flown in accordance with either the Visual Flight Rules (VFR) or the Instrument Flight Rules (IFR): Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 (LN 561 of 1995) sch 14; Rules of the Air rr 16–22A.
