释义	疏忽延誤及默許 Where a wronged person’s failure to seek equitable relief is of such duration as to lead to the conclusion that the person has forsaken the right to demand such relief by acquiescing in the guilty party’s behaviour: Evans v Smallcombe (1868) LR 3 HL 249. In such circumstances, the right to the relief is lost: Re Flynn (dec’d), Flynn v Flynn & Ors [1982] 1 All ER 882, 1 WLR 310.
