Hearing rule |
In administrative law, the principle that a decision maker must afford a person whose interests will be adversely affected by a decision an opportunity to present his or her case. The hearing rules is based on the maxim audi alteram partem. Breach of the principle by the decision maker is a denial of procedural fairness. See also Audi alteram partem; Hearing; Judicial review; Procedural fairness. 另見 Audi alteram partem; Hearing; Judicial review; Procedural fairness。 |
