释义	槓桿式外匯 Where one party　agrees or undertakes to (a) make an adjustment between himself and the other party or another person according to whether a currency is worth more or less (as the case may be) in relation to another currency; (b) pay an amount of money or to deliver a quantity of any commodity determined or to be determined by reference to the change in value of a currency in relation to another currency to the other party or another person; or (c) deliver to the other party or another person at an agreed future time an agreed amount of currency at an agreed consideration: Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571) s 5. 某方同意或承諾：(a)根據有關另一貨幣而言某貨幣的價值是更多或更少(視屬何情況而定)，而就他／她本身和另一方或另一人之間作出調整； (b)憑藉提述幣值的改變（有關交予另一方或另一人的另一貨幣），而決定或有待決定支付款項或交付任何商品的數量；或(c)在議定的將來的時間以議定的貨幣額以議定的代價，交付予另一方或另一人：《證券及期貨條例》（第571章）第5條。
