| 释义 | 滑行 The moving of an aircraft over the surface of the ground or water under its own power, except in the process of taking off or landing on a runway. Air traffic control rules govern the safe movement of aircraft while taxiing. An aircraft is not to taxi on the manoeuvring area or the apron of an aerodrome without the permission of the person in charge of the aerodrome or the permission of the air traffic control unit if the aerodrome has such a unit being notified as being on watch: Air Navigation (Hong Kong) Order 1995 sch 14 ‘Rules of the Air’ r 31.
