释义	對陪審團甄選程序的質疑 The common law right of both the prosecution and the accused person in a criminal trial to object to the jury panel as a whole. A challenge to the whole panel of the jurors summoned to attend trial on the basis that the Registrar compiled the panel with partiality, fraud or wilful misconduct: R v Edmonds (1821) [1814-23] All ER Rep 241; R v Hughes (1843) 174 ER 790. The array may not be challenged on the basis that the whole panel is biased against the accused and he may only make a challenge on such basis by challenging individual jurors. The mere fact of racial imbalance is insufficient: R v Danvers [1982] Crim LR 680; R v Broderick [1970] Crim LR 155.
