释义 | 未轉讓的政府土地 Land that is held and always has been held by the Government in the name of the State. The Hong Kong Government alienates land by granting lease, thus unalienated Government land is also unleased land: Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 16, 2001 Reissue, Land [230.0105]. This land may not be occupied except under a licence: Land (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Cap 28). 由政府以國家名義現時持有並一直持有的土地。香港政府以批出租契形式轉讓土地,因此未轉讓的政府土地亦為未批租的政府土地:Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong, 第16冊(2001年再發行),土地,第[230.0105]段。這些土地僅可藉許可證佔有:《土地(雜項條文)條例》(第28章)。 |
