释义	董事局主席 A director elected and appointed by the board of directors as head of the board and often referred to as chairman of the company. The chairman will usually chair board of directors meetings and general meetings of members of the company. Some Company Articles require that the company seal is not validly executed unless signed by the chairman or by two of its directors.
