| 释义 | 業權的契諾 A covenant implied in conveyance or assignment of real estate where the vendor or conveyor is expressed to convey as ‘beneficial owner’, despite the fact that in reality that vendor may not be the beneficial owner. A covenant for title implied in favour of the conveyee could promise the right to convey, to quiet enjoyment, or to freedom from incumbrance: Conveyancing and Property Ordinance (Cap 219) s 35.
