| 释义 | 上市公司 A company which has any of its shares listed on a recognised stock market: Companies Ordinance (Cap 32) s 2. Listed shares can be traded on the stock exchange. The securities of a listed company are known as ‘listed securities’. Listed companies are subject to a number of provisions of the Companies Ordinance (Cap 32). It is also subject to further control from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (‘Stock Exchange’) and the Securities and Futures Commission. Listed companies must comply with the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and its continuing requirements. The securities held by its old and new investors are quoted securities.
