| 释义 | 上市規則 Rules or requirements issued by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange pursuant to the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap 571), that must be followed or satisfied by a company seeking to have its shares or other securities traded on the exchange. In Hong Kong, the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities (the Listing Rules) prescribe requirements which have been approved by the Securities and Futures Commission. These comprise both basic conditions which have to be met as a pre-requisite to the listing of equity securities in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
