| 释义 | 進入及查看的契諾 A covenant in a lease, reserving to a lessor the right to enter and view leased premises at all reasonable times. The purpose of the covenant is to permit the lessor to note the state of repair and give notice to the lessee as to required repairs. This right will normally be specifically reserved in the lease, if not, the duty to allow lessor to enter will be implied by law.
