| 释义 | 違反人道的罪行 Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation, or any other inhumane act committed against a civilian population, or persecution on political, racial, or religious grounds, done or carried on in connection with a crime against peace or a war crime: Charter of the International Military Tribunal 1945. It is one of three categories of war crimes, the other two being a ‘war crime’ and a ‘crime against peace’: art 6. A crime against humanity also includes hijacking, hostage taking, and drug trafficking: DPP v Doot [1973] AC 807.
