释义	替代效果 In evidence of identification of an accused person, the effect by which the person making the identification, having previously been shown a photograph of the accused person, tends to identify the person seen by the witness in the photograph rather than the person the witness observed in connection with the offence, so that the witess displaces the recollection of the appearance of the person observed with that of the person in the photograph: R v Kwong Yiu Hung [1990] 1 HKC 171 (CA).
