释义	在精神紊亂期間 Lat – for the duration of insanity. In the law of succession, a grant of representation or letters of administration which is limited to the period in which the executor or administrator suffers from mental illness. The High Court has power to appoint an administrator to administer the estate of a deceased person, for example, where no executor is appointed by a will or survives the testator; or all the executor are legally incapable of acting or have renounced to carry out administration of the estate: Probate and Administration Ordinance (Cap 10) ss 35, 36. The grant can be limited in any way which the circumstances may require, and thus where an existing executor or administrator is insane, the grant may be limited to the duration of such insanity.
