The Rules deal with the procedure in commencing a petition for divorce, service of petition, pleadings and amendment, preparation for trial, evidence, trial, decrees and orders, ancillary relief, enforcement of orders, applications relating to children and other applications including applications in case of wilful neglect to maintain and alteration of maintenance agreements etc. Where the Matrimonial Causes Rules are inadequate on a particular matter, the Rules of the High Court (Cap 4A) apply: Matrimonial Causes Rules (Cap 179A) r 3. Also known as ‘Matrimonial Causes Rules’. See also Matrimonial cause. 涉及法庭根據《婚姻訴訟條例》（第179章）就有關離婚、婚姻無效、裁判分居、推定死亡及婚姻解除的任何法律程序所行使的司法管轄權所須依循的常規及程序的規則：《婚姻訴訟條例》（第179章）。此等規則處理展開離婚呈請書、送達呈請書、申訴答辯書及修訂、擬備審訊、證據、判令及命令、附屬濟助、強制執行的命令、有關子女的任何申請，以及其他申請（包括在故意疏忽贍養及修改贍養費協議的情況下所作出的申請的法律程序）。當《婚姻訴訟條例》（第179章）在某特定的事宜上並不足以使用時，即可引用《高等法院規則》（第4A章）：《婚姻訴訟規則》（第179A章）第3條。另稱「婚姻訴訟規則」。另見 Matrimonial cause。 |
