释义	定期合約 A contract of employment which the parties have expressly agreed will continue for a specified period and no longer, or which will continue initially for a specified period, and if not then terminated, for a further period. A fixed term contract expires at the end of the specified period, and the term implied by law of giving reasonable notice of termination can be displaced: Gilligan v AHK Air Hong Kong Ltd [1989] 2 HKC 189 (HC).
