释义	法定信託 A trust created by statute where land is held on trust pending sale of the property and provision is made for the income prior to sale and the net proceeds of sale to be held on trust by the trustees or executor of a deceased estate. All members of a class take equally; shares of members under 18 are contingent on the attaining of that age or marrying under that age; the share of any member who predeceases the intestate is taken by his children or remoter issue equally among them per stirpes, but contingent upon attaining 18 or marrying under that age: Intestates’ Estates Ordinance (Cap 73) s 5(1)(a).
